1. General Terms

• These Terms apply to all bookings and visits made through our website or at our venue.

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

  
  

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

• Prices are listed in CAD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  
  

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations will not be refunded.

• No-shows will not be refunded.

• Rescheduling: Bookings may be rescheduled once (subject to availability) with at least 2 day's notice via email to info@vibezminigolf.com

• Business cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. maintenance, weather, or safety concerns). In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

  
  

4. Booking Transfers and Resales

• Bookings are non-transferable through Vibez Mini Golf. We do not officially change, update, or transfer bookings from one customer to another.

• Customers who choose to privately sell or transfer their booking do so entirely at their own risk.

• We will verify the booking holder’s name and contact information at check-in. If the person arriving does not match the verified booking information on file, we will deny entry for safety and security reasons.

• We are not responsible for any disputes, fraud, or issues arising from private resale or transfer of bookings between customers.

• The original customer is responsible for ensuring all booking details remain accurate before the visit.

  
  

5. Arrival 

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced playtime or forfeiture of your booking without refund.

  
  

6. Group Size & Course Capacity

• Maximum 4 players per hole: Groups larger than 4 must split into smaller groups before starting their game.

• Groups of 7 or more are required to book additional time slots: This ensures enough time and space for everyone to play comfortably and prevents delays for other guests.

• Staff may adjust groupings or pacing on the course to maintain a smooth flow of play and an enjoyable experience for all visitors.

  
  

7. Safety, Conduct, and Waiver

• All guests must follow posted rules and staff instructions at all times.

• We reserve the right to remove anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behaviour without refund.

• Children under 12 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• Players participate at their own risk. We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse or failure to follow rules.

• A signed waiver is required for all participants before playing. The waiver confirms that you understand and accept the risks involved in the activity. Guests who do not sign the waiver will not be permitted to play, and refunds will not be issued in such cases.

  
  

8. Private Events and Group Bookings

• A retainer is required to confirm group or private event bookings.

• Final headcount and payment must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event.

• Event retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  
  

9. Liability

• We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from your participation in our activities.

  
  

10. Photography and Media

• By visiting our venue, you consent to photography and video recording that may be used for promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a staff member upon arrival.

  
  

11. Website Use

• You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

• We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on our website is accurate, but we are not liable for typographical errors or availability issues.

  
  

12. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through bookings is used only to process reservations and communicate with you.
